My daughter's latest is to ask for 'Something Special' for breakfast and all I want is 'Something Simple'. So this weeks favourite is this little recipe. It's an easy way to start the day and it helps fill their little belly's with some extra goodness.
Banana And Berry Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen) - we used Strawberries & Blueberries
2 Tbsp Vanilla Yoghurt
2 tsp Honey
1/2 cup low-fat milk
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serves enough for two.
